.Net Technologies

Stratospherec has a long background in working with many companies using .Net to power their businesses. We have worked with candidates across Europe and the UK to fulfil exciting job roles needing skills with .Net technologies.

Microsoft started development of .Net in the late 1990s originally under the name of the next generation windows services also known as NGWS. By late 2001 the first beta versions of .NET Framework 1.0 was released and since then its continued to grow - .Net will be released in 2023.

Now the .Net framework has many tools for mobile, web and desktop development and has grown into a free and open-source, managed computer software framework for Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.

Some of the main .Net skills Stratospherec recruits for are:

C#  The fundamental programming language that drives .Net and C# is one of the most commonly used Development languages in use today.
Blazor  A free and open-source web framework that enables developers to create web apps using C# and HTML and not using JavaScript. This means C# Developers can now build cutting edge web applications using C# and not having to learn TypeScript, JavaScript or other languages. Blazor is now sourced by Microsoft.
.Net 8  A free and open-source web framework and eventually successor to ASP.NET. The framework is a complete rewrite of ASP.NET that unites the previously separate ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API into a single programming model. It also has a high degree of compatibility with older versions of ASP.NET.
Maui  A cross-platform framework for creating native mobile and desktop apps using C# and Extensible Application Markup Language (XAML). C# developers can use Maui to build Native and Mobile apps that support Android and iOS as well as Windows.
Azure  Microsoft’s cloud computing platform and it supports many programming languages, tools, and frameworks, including Microsoft-specific and third-party software and systems. Microsoft Azure now powers a big proportion of the global Cloud computing marketplace.

Stratospherec recruits for Web, Full-Stack and Software developers who have skills in a variety of .Net technologies and who work with companies across a huge variety of industries to find the very best developers with these skills.
