    Mid-level Product Designer for Global Company – Fully Remote with 1 day a month in the London or Brighton office – Up to 40K plus bens

     

    Are you passionate about designing great digital products which look amazing, and which provide users with a great digital experience?  Then if you are a junior with one to two years' commercial experience or a mid-level product designer with 2 years plus commercial experience then this must be the role for you!  My client is a highly successful global company who provide services and software across the globe.  They have a new and exciting opportunity on their award winning multi-disciplinary agile team for a junior to mid-level Product Designer to work collaboratively with them on a remote basis.  One day a month you will be required to work from the company’s beautiful offices right in the heart of Brighton, or from their London office, however the remainder of your work can be carried out fully remotely.  You will be working alongside developers and digital product owners who work on new greenfield website applications built on JavaScript technologies.  Moreover, in this mid-level Product Owner role, training will be provided to fill any gaps in your previous experience whilst you gain exposure to a full range of digital products.  Each day you will focus on user experience and user interface design of this company’s wide range of digital products, working in Agile Scrum teams and collaborating with Product Managers and Developers.

    - A portfolio of digital products showing a user led approach

    - Knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodology.

    - Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, InVision, Sketch etc.

    - A/B testing experience with tools like Optimizely.

    - User testing experience with tools like Maze, Lookback, or Hotjar etc.

    - Awareness of best practice in user research techniques, achieving accessibility, information architecture.

    - Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

    A leading global Financial Software company whose European headquarters are based in Horsham, West Sussex is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager, with strong previous experience of managing successful software implementation projects for a global client base.  You will be based in the company’s UK team, working on a hybrid basis, with a couple of days per week in the office in Horsham, West Sussex.
