Technical BA - Fintech Company in Horsham - Up to £55k - Hybrid
  
My client are a leading Fintech software company for the UK and European finance industry and with nearly 20 years’ experience, they have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable, software to the UK and European lending and finance industry.

Role responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with the business and project teams to understand the scope of projects.
  • Liaising extensively with external and internal clients.
  • Work closely with other teams in the business
  • Mapping and documenting project requirements.
  • Translating requirements into highly specified project briefs.
  • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for business suitability.
  • Producing reports.
  • Planning and working to deadlines.
  • Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
  • Use data modelling practices to analyse requirements and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
  
You will have the following experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical business analysis role ideally within a software product company.
  • Financial services background (Required)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex analysis specifications and working with project teams to deliver successful results.
  • Good knowledge of project methodologies, especially Agile.
  • Problem solving.
  • Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations.
  • Methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Initiative and self-confidence.
  • An interest in the way organisational processes work.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes.
  • Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
