IT Helpdesk Analyst – Uckfield – up to £18k + benefits + career progression

A leading Occupational Health Service client based in East Sussex are looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a growing team of IT Personnel onsite in Uckfield. You’ll be taking calls from internal and external users to assist with simple IT issues. Their clients include leading brand companies spanning a wide range of sectors including aviation, construction, engineering, manufacturing, retail, utilities, and the emergency services.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a growing team where you’ll be supporting a range of IT issues, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of customer service over the telephone and will manage the issue through to escalation if required to do so.

Skills and experience to include:

  • Strong customer service background (Over the telephone + face to face)
  • Keen interest in IT
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ideally some experience working with SQL or ETL.
