Account Manager role in West Hove - SaaS Software company
Up to £50k basic salary and excellent annual bonus scheme
Stratospherec are recruiting for a cutting edge Data Analytic SaaS systems company and who have a platform that is revolutionising the corporate automotive data industry on a global scale.
Over the last few years this company have massively improved their IT platform and technology offering and are experiencing a massive growth surge as a company.
In-line with acquiring a number of multi-million, multi-year contracts they are looking for an additional Account Manager to join their Client Services team.
This job role will be working with multi-National corporate clients and managing the implementation of the SaaS platform and the day to day running of their account and the client usage of the SaaS system
The ideal Account Manager candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of current customers in order to aid these companies in their success using their SaaS platform. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues that customers may face.
The salary will be to £50k basic with an excellent bonus scheme for achieving targets.
Core responsibilities / skills:
  • Dealing with end user customers or channel partners
  • Support clients through on boarding of the SaaS platform
  • Managing the day to day relationship with 3 multi-national clients
  • Be Task oriented in your daily planning
  • Project manager your tasks and management
  • Be the Day-to- day point of contact with clients
  • Over time gain industry knowledge in their industry
  • Learn the workings of the SaaS platform
  • Good client relationship skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a "get it done attitude"
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities for growth within their accounts
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Self-managing of tasks and goals
  • Some IT or SaaS experience is useful but not essential
  • Hitting account and customer satisfaction targets
