Our client, a Global Digital SaaS Software Company have a fantastic fully remote opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join their UK Development team. This company are a market leader in residential community management software, this company’s unique SaaS platform enables landlords to manage the living experiences of millions of University Student residents across the globe.


This is a rare and thrilling opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to work on a fully remote basis working in partnership with their global team and positively impact the lives of millions of people globally.

Role Responsibilities:


Build & Optimise:

  • Works on discovery, development, testing, and launch of all releases to market
  • Assist in the development of new products that address unmet customer needs
  • Contribute to metrics to measure success & progress
  • Conduct market & customer research to feed into Product development and Product lifecycle management
  • Fluid in Agile Practices and Human Centred Design (HCD)



  • Increase the value and optimise performance of existing products
  • Track product engagement and impact on end users
  • Use data and technology to support decisions and challenge assumptions. Support other Product Managers to do the same
  • Analyses pricing and focus on increasing product profitability



  • Work closely with Senior Porduct Managers on the more complex problems
  • Owns the prioritisation of their domain
  • Gain stakeholder buy-in on initiatives
  • Decision trade offs with considerations for new short-term requirements and the impact on long-term plans



  • Effectively communicate and document all findings and requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to build trust and understanding
  • Across market trends and best practices and bring these into your team
  • Post-launch monitoring to look for opportunities.
  • Advocate team performance and product success to the wider business
  • Participate in showcases and team tasks



  • Exhibits a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and reinforces a user-centric approach to product
  • Encourages a culture that values and prioritizes research-backed and customer-focused data.
  • Ability to see a holistic picture and problem and slice the problem into smaller pieces of complete value to solve for
  • Possess a deep understanding of when a problem is solved and how to measure success.
